Michigan Job Market

The job market in Michigan has seen major changes in the past few years. From the decline in manufacturing to the spike in technology related jobs. For this reason it is vital for college students to understand what they will be getting into. The first graph shows the distribution of jobs in Michigan. According to your field you can find the demand for your job and the size of the network in your field.
 The second chart shows the unemployment in Michigan. A person who is unemployed is defined as someone who has been without a job for less then 3 months and is actively seeking for one. This can show the well being of an economic system.

The last graph shows employment in the major metropolitan areas. It shows the amount of workforce present in each region.
